Designing experiences that connect clarity, creativity, and care.

I’m Tiffany, a UX and Product Designer focused on crafting accessible, human-centered digital experiences. I transform complex problems into intuitive interfaces that help people and products thrive.

Redesigning a Donation App for Clarity and Trust
Problem: Donors and volunteers struggled with confusing flows and inconsistent visuals, leading to frustration and drop-offs.
Role: Led a redesign of the donation and volunteer journeys, applying WCAG accessibility principles and simplifying navigation for a seamless experience.
Impact: Delivered a clear, trustworthy, and inclusive interface that strengthened user confidence and made giving easier.
Building an Accessible Health Tracker System
Problem: Health apps often overlook accessibility, making it hard for diverse users to stay consistent.
Role: Led end-to-end design, creating inclusive flows for habit tracking and provider communication.
Impact: Delivered a scalable, WCAG-compliant design system that improved consistency and helped users stay motivated across diverse accessibility needs.
Designing a Betting App from Concept to Prototype
Problem: The startup had a concept and project scope but no defined structure or prototype, making it difficult to communicate the product vision or test usability.
Role: Designed the first functional prototype from the ground up. This included defining user flows, creating the visual system, and ensuring accessibility through inclusive design practices.
Impact: Produced a polished, investor-ready prototype that transformed abstract ideas into an intuitive, user-friendly experience, setting the foundation for accessible product development.
Designing a Pikachu-Inspired Design System
Problem: Digital experiences often struggle to balance accessibility with visual energy, resulting in interfaces that feel functional but not joyful.
Role: Developed a playful yet professional design system in Figma, inspired by Pikachu’s iconic color palette. Built modular components, tested color contrast for accessibility, and explored how brand storytelling can enhance inclusivity.
Impact: Created a cohesive and scalable UI system that demonstrates how accessibility and delight can coexist, aligning usability with emotional engagement.
Creating a Cohesive Social Media Brand Strategy
Problem: Disconnected visuals and messaging made it difficult for the brand to stand out or build audience trust.
Role: Designed cohesive branded assets and storytelling-based campaigns that emphasized authenticity, accessibility, and travel inspiration.
Impact: Strengthened brand recognition, boosted audience engagement, and established the agent as a go-to voice for travel planning.
